Usage Recommendations

Pour 1/2 fluid ounce into the provided measuring cup and swish in mouth vigorously around and between teeth for 30 seconds. Spit out remaining rinse. Use after breakfast and before bedtime. Do not eat or drink immediately after use to minimize medicinal taste. Note: This product may cause some tooth discoloration which can be polished off by a dental professional.
